CURRENT DELIVERY LEAD TIME IS 2-5 WORKING DAYS,HOWEVER GENERALLY WE ARE ABLE TO DELIVER IN 2-3 WORKING DAYS

Need Information On Your Delivery

If you have placed an order and are looking for an update on when to expect your delivery please note that we aim to send you a text message and email (if you can’t see find an email remember to check your junk / spam folder), within 1 – 2 working days of you placing the order.

Delivery Charges

Delivery Charges are calculated on order basket value. 

Orders under £124.99 + VAT – Delivery charges is £24.99 + VAT

Orders over £125.00 + Vat- Free Delivery

Delivery Policy

Delivery Time scale

  • The delivery time frame is generally 3-5 working days, while we aim to deliver the Goods on the requested date, please note that for any reason it may take up 30 days after the payment for the order has been received.
  • Orders are processed the same day if orders received before 10 am on weekdays

Delivery Address / Areas

  • Deliveries can only be made to the delivery address provided at the time of placing the order, any changes to the delivery address must be made in writing, and in a timely manner, as long as the order has not been processed there should be no issues in changing the address.
  • We only deliver certain counties listed below, we will be looking to expand the delivery area in the near future.

Accepting / Rejecting Deliveries

  • The Goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery or Customer collection. You must, if reasonably practicable, examine the Goods before accepting them.
  • If you are not present at the delivery address at the time of delivery the couriers maybe leave the Goods on your property. 
  • You should reject the delivery of any goods that are incorrect or damaged. Please do not accept this delivery, you should take photographs and let us know immediately the problems with the delivery

Delivery Vehicle

  • The deliveries are made on 3.5-tonne vans or 7.5- tonne vans, so your site must be accessible by them,
  • You must let us know when placing the order if-
    • There are any restrictions to the site
    • The road is unable to accommodate the 26-vans, we can make provisions for this

Delivery Requirements / Notes

  • Deliveries are only made to the kerbside of the address given. If you have allowed the driver and the vehicle onto your property the company / we can not be held responsible for any damages, this is at your own risk
  • Do not purchase if you expect goods to be delivered further inside your site
  • Most drivers are very cooperative and are willing to help you best with your delivery needs, so please be polite and smile, and they will help their best.
  • It’s essential to have someone on-site to accept the delivery, otherwise, the delivery be treated as a failed delivery and you may incur further charges
  • You agree we may deliver the Goods in installments if we suffer a shortage of stock or other genuine and fair reason, subject to the above provisions, and provided you are not liable for extra charges. We will inform you of this, as soon as we can.

Delayed / Failed Deliveries

  • We will notify you within 5 working days if we are unable to deliver to your area.
  • Please do not book in any tradespersons/builders to be on site until the items have arrived, but we rarely ever disappoint on our delivery service. We will not take the responsibility for any charges you incur from your tradesman/builder.
  • Any failed deliveries can be chargeable at a minimum £100+vat.
  • In any case, regardless of events beyond our control, if we do not deliver the Goods on time, you can (in addition to any other remedies) request to cancel the order-
    • we have refused to deliver the Goods, or if delivery on time is essential taking into account all the relevant circumstances at the time the contract was made, or you said to us before the Contract was made that delivery on time was essential
    • after we have failed to deliver on time, you have specified a later period which is appropriate to the circumstances and we have not delivered within that period.
